1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 99xo5 platform and all services operated under it. This document forms a legal agreement between the user ("you" or "player") and the 99xo5 operator ("we" or "platform").

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

99xo5 currently processes transactions using the most popular mobile financial services in Bangladesh. Accepted payment methods:

• bKash — BRAC Bank's mobile wallet service
• Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office's mobile financial service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, however additional verification may be required for large transactions.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. The following conditions must be met for a withdrawal:

• Account identity verification must be completed
• Wagering requirements related to bonuses must be fulfilled
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit
• The withdrawal account must match the registered name

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion is not supported on this platform.

• Deposit ৳12,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus — total balance ৳17,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount only. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be used only once
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus balance — winnings become withdrawable after wagering is completed
• Restrictions on using bonuses on certain games may apply — see the details of each promotion
• Bonus offers may expire within a specified time period
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled

5.4 Promotion Changes

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Finality of Bets

A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a technical error has affected the outcome. All bet results are final and binding.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a bet is interrupted mid-process due to server downtime, internet disconnection, or any other technical issue, 99xo5 will handle the situation according to applicable rules. In such cases, the platform's decision will be considered final.

6.3 Suspicious Activity

If a player's betting activity appears unusual or suspicious, we reserve the right to suspend that account and related transactions until an investigation is completed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99xo5 platform:

• Money laundering or transactions using illegal funds
• Playing games using any automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence
• Exploiting system or game vulnerabilities
• Account hacking or phishing activities
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses
• Operating an account using a false or another person's identity
• Colluding with other players to defraud the betting system
• Threatening or harassing the platform's organization, staff, or other users

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be immediately closed, all balances may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken.

8 Responsible Gaming

99xo5 always prioritizes responsible gaming practices. Gaming should be an entertainment activity — not a solution to financial problems.

8.1 Self-Restriction Features

8.2 Self-Exclusion
